It's best to keep your information up to date in case your church or organization needs to reach out for any reason. If you follow the instructions below, you can update your account information either through the Giving setup or through the app.
Updating your account information through the App
To update your account information, simply open up the app’s side menu (☰) and click on the profile section in the upper left-hand corner.
Once you open your profile page, you can add your name, edit your email, or change your password.
Updating your account information through Giving
If you need to update your Subsplash account information, head to the Subsplash Giving donation page for your church. Click on the profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the banner and log in. From there, you can select Edit Account. In this section, you can edit your name, email, phone number, address, and change your password. Make sure to scroll down and update any information that has changed, and hit save at the bottom!
If you change your email address, we will send a confirmation email to the new address with the subject Account Email Updated. This will contain a 4 digit verification code you will need to enter in the giving interface to continue.
