Resetting your password
If you have trouble logging into your app or Giving account, please follow the instructions below to reset your password.
Resetting your password through Giving
In order to reset the password for your Giving account, you need to log in and manage your account through the Giving link for your church, found either in their app or on your church’s website.
After clicking on the Giving link, tap the user icon in the top right of the banner image. This will take you to your account management page. There, you can reset your password, which should look like this:

To reset the password on your Notes account, follow these steps:
1. Tap the menu button in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Tap the account name icon.
3. Tap “Change Password” and enter your new password.
